Full Stack Developer
Location: Remote, USA

TEOCO is seeking a full stack developer to work on a large and complex project that will replace at least two key systems at our customer and interface with several other critical business functions.
Responsibilities:
- Play a leading and mentoring role in an Agile/Scrum team architecting, prototyping, designing, developing, and testing a large-scale, green-field, new product.
- Understanding complex data relationships, building data-models, business rules, APIs and services to implement a multi-faceted, modular, comprehensive product for tier-1 telecommunications companies.
- Architecting highly available and highly scalable systems and services
- Designing, developing and testing database-driven, Web and Service Based applications using a variety of technologies such as Angular, .NET Core, Java/J2EE, Python, Leaflet/Mapbox, GEOServer, machine learning, REST, and SQL relational, document, time series, document and massively parallel processing (MPP) databases.
- Verify the software product against the product requirements with automated unit tests, functional testing and automated regression test suites.
- Contribute to data modeling, process modeling, query authoring, workflow/task creation, input and output data feed creation and testing.
- Leading/participating in design and code reviews and ensuring coding and security best practices.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ programming experience using agile development methodologies.
- 3-5 years’ experience in Microsoft C#.NET
- 3-5 years’ experience in Angular (or similar) /HTML 5.0/CSS/Javascript/JSON
- 3-5 years’ experience in SQL
- Development experience with the production and consumption of RESTful Web Services
- Ability to develop browser based Web UI’s with a sense of artistic style and outstanding user experience (UX)
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a geographically diverse team
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of relational databases and relationships between data entities
- Knowledge of telecom industry and billing/inventory systems a plus
- BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or a related field
