DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The consultant has the KRA to interface with Internal/External customer at On Site or Off Site for following key areas:
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership skills with the ability to fully understand the Clients business environment
  • Ability to manage complex projects, problem-solve issues independently, and follow through on execution of solution
  • Ensure compliance with data integrity requirements
  • Build and maintain a team continually searching for areas of improvement and increased efficiencies and implementation
  • Own and validate any/all action items focused on people and process improvement
  • Responsible for developing process improvements and management reports for production metrics
  • Manage daily escalations
  • Act as key contact between TEOCO and assigned Client base
  • Reviews error reports and makes necessary corrections to information entered, maintaining data integrity
  • Interacts with TEOCO staff and client as required, and vendors to resolve network Performance issues
  • Interact with internal R&D and Support for smooth delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to operational processes on a day-to-day basis. Confirm compliance.
  • Understand customer requirement and vision skilled to developed emotional connection.
  • Capture the customer feedback / Appreciation /Award.
  • Recommend appropriate solutions to meet the agreed KPI thresholds
  • Validate recommend appropriate solutions to resolve interference and other critical performance issues in the network.
  • Purpose recommendation to improve network KPI/KQI for better Customer experience.
  • Coordinate with the customer/project teams/BSS function and Cross Network entity
  • Ensure that all latest version of patches/software/Features are loaded in the elements.
  • Emergency handling
  • Help the field team in maintaining the RAN KPIs as per SLA
  • Coordinate with other teams in rectifying issues related to performance of the RAN elements

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

Professional Competencies

  • Masters/Bachelor Degree or equivalent in telecom
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of LTE & 5G air interface, hands-on experience in 3G/LTE drive test & post processing tools
  • Knowledge of 2G/3G/LTE and 5G Radio parameters and KPIs
  • Knowledge of 3GPP specs is desirable
  • Must be a good team player and a good team leader
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization with a split between line and Functional responsibility

Technical Competence

  • Technologies: GSM , UMTS , LTE & Volte
  • Equipment – Ericsson and Huawei
