TEOCO’s Managed Services team is seeking a smart, self-motivated, and detail-oriented candidate. This is a great opportunity to work in the area of consulting, and building utility invoice knowledge and software skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain standard reporting for clients using Business Objects or client-specific Cloud software tools.
  • Complete ad-hoc reporting for clients as requested/needed.
  • Create internal reports for the team to help manage everyday operations.
  • Post-implementation take ownership of maintenance of the client “Operations Guide,” detailing all internal and external processes and guidelines as specified in the engagement.
  • Ensure that the operational team is compliant with contact log note requirements as specified in the Operations Guide. This may include one or more of the following: providing requirements and test output for automated contact log notes completed by the product team, creating RDCC files to upload contact log notes created by auditors or analysts into the system, and, in some cases, manually correcting or adding notes.
  • Creating RDCC files may include submitting or receiving information from the Alteryx server. Further, the analyst will be responsible for quality sampling on contact log note submissions to ensure adherence to requirements as specified in the Operations Guide.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math or Statistics.
  • Experience with MS Outlook, MS Excel, & MS Word. Demonstrated Attention to detail.

Desirable:

  • Previous work in a utility environment or A/P environment is helpful.
