The role of automation in mobile network engineering: From APIs to AI
The promise of significant TCO reduction, improved operational accuracy and increased service agility, means network automation is a key focus for most mobile operators.
Automation within the network engineering function is of particular importance. Decisions made by this team have long-lasting effects on both network cost and performance. Automating tasks, workflows and processes can significantly reduce the costs associated with network engineering as well as improve the speed and quality of outputs.
